Inspired by the practices of Lectio Divina and Visio Divina, this meditation class will focus on readings and images across eastern and western spiritual traditions as ways to access divine messages and presence.  Journaling and group discussion will also be included in each evening’s flow.

For:  Those interested in meditation experiences that are more spiritual than secular
