With Lisa Stockwell M.Ed. and Debra LeClair Psy.D.
Tues, Jan 25th, 6-8 pm, online
Each January, we start off the new year hoping to make things better. We yearn to slow down, but never do. We strive for simplicity but struggle to find it. We crave balance but can’t sustain it. Underneath it all is the relentless drive towards self-improvement that falls flat because it comes from a place of judgment and not self-acceptance.
The aim of this workshop is to clean the cobwebs from what is already right and from there clear a path to positive and sustainable change from the inside out. This approach integrates psychology, brain science and soul alignment practices to help support you in your intentions for 2022.
Over the course of the workshop, we’ll explore:
- Identifying patterns that keep us stuck in the overwhelm
- Getting rid of vs. letting go of vs. letting be around the things and thoughts that get in the way of expressing our true nature and best life
- Inviting in space to pause, slow down and rest through the process
- Creating a practical mini-plan to move toward spaciousness, simplicity and clarity
