Even though we often practice meditation in solitude, it is through community that we learn to befriend our practices so that they feel like a welcome refuge and not just something else on our ‘To Do’ list. Throughout 2021, we will be offering opportunities to discover more about meditation along with tools, perspectives and ideas to cultivate the unification of mind, body and soul into the routines of our lives. In March, we’ll be working with distractions and the obstacles to meditation. That includes:
