Even though we often practice meditation in solitude, it is through community that we learn to befriend our practices so that they feel like a welcome refuge and not just something else on our ‘To Do’ list. Throughout 2021, we will be offering opportunities to discover more about meditation along with tools, perspectives and ideas to cultivate the unification of mind, body and soul into the routines of our lives. In January, we’ll be tasting meditation practices across spiritual traditions. That includes:

>What are the different ways to come into the meditative state
>How to use sounds and syllables to calm the mind
>Where prayer, meditation and contemplation intersect
>How to integrate practices to make them your own
