Just like our long-running Meditation Essentials class, join us online for a meditation class for all levels of experience. Over the course of the hour, we will experience 3-4 meditations and you will have opportunities to ask questions in between. From quieting the highly active mind to dealing with distractions, in addition to basic instruction, each session is designed to be stress relieving and empowering.
With registration, links to the online meditation room will be sent out 24 hours before the class. Only one registration needed for couples and members of the same family taking the class.
