Refilling the Well: A program for workplace mental well-being
Focused on self-care, grounded in neuroscience

We all deserve to flourish.

Tension, worry and overwhelm are not permanent states but for leaders and employees, it can feel like they are here to stay. When these emotions are chronic, they can lead to more serious mental health issues depleting our energy, motivation and peace of mind. Addressing mental well-being for all begins with ongoing education and practice.

Refilling the Well is an online program that helps your leaders and employees:
• Reduce their daily stressors
• Prevent burnout
• Apply the latest science to support their mental health
• Integrate holistic practices to nurture their mental well-being

Every 30-minute live offering is a combination of stress management practices, information about mood management and brain fitness as well as inspirations for the week ahead.  Each Tuesday morning, over 8 weeks, we’ll explore understanding mind traps, managing stress, tapping into the body’s ability to create well-being and cultivating mindful living. In addition to online live and on-demand sessions, once registered, participants will have access to a portal of guided meditations and sensory break practices.

Feeling at peace, finding joy and tapping our stores of inner wisdom are the keys to well-being, from the living we do across our workplaces, communities and homes. Knowing how to cultivate these qualities is the hallmark of resiliency and fulfillment. We do this best when we understand our inner workings through ongoing education, support, and meditative practice.
